Cancellations

Cancellations must take place 24 hours prior to the class.
You may cancel by emailing us at info@createbr.com

Cancellations - Refunds are only issued if you contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class. If we are not notified within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount and no refunds or store credit will be issued. If you use a coupon code to register for your class and you do not cancel (or attend) your coupons will be redeemed.

Please be aware that the class schedules rotate and classes fill up about a month prior to the date, so please plan ahead when using a coupon. If you wait til the month your coupon expires all the remaining classes may be full. 

If using a coupon you must schedule class before expiration but class can take place after expiration date. Classes post-expiration may not be rescheduled.

Why? Most of our classes fill up quicky and there is usually a waiting list to attend. You have a reserved a seat and if you don't fill it, you are taking that seat from someone else. Our classes are usually filled at least a month in advance.
